VAL is an FAA certified carrier based in Vieques, Puerto Rico who has been utilizing the ameliaRES system to generate ticketless travel since 2009. Travel agents worldwide as well as Travel sites such as Expedia.com, are now selling E-Tickets for single and multiple airline ticketing on VAL’s flights.
